Whether you’re applying for an internship or senior position, we want you to have the best experience imaginable. So that you can show us what makes you, you. It’s important for you to know that our approach to the application process is always the same: transparent, fair and fun. Depending on the role, the content of a test or assessment may differ. We’ll keep you updated on next steps throughout the course of the process.

What to expect

1. Apply

It’s time to get to know you! Along with your application, we’ll need a copy of your resume and a link to your Linkedin profile. The most important part is your answers to our questions, so we can really get an idea of who you are.  

2. Review & Test

Next, we’ll review your application. While you wait to hear from us, we’ll have sent you an online test to complete. 

3. Interview(s)

If you’ve made a stellar first impression, you’ll be invited for an interview. This is your chance to tell us more about what you’ll bring to the table. If we feel we’re on the right track, you’ll be invited for a second interview to discuss the role in depth. 

4. Assessment interview

If the second interview was a success, you’ll be asked to complete an assessment in which you will present two assignments. One of these will be sent to you a week in advance and the other will be given to you on the day of the assessment itself. 

5. Offer

If your assessment indicates that you are the person that we have been looking for, then you’ll receive an offer to join the team.
