KLM has history, but its TikTok presence? Not so much. We teamed up with the crew, travel fans, content creators and aviation lovers to make flying feel fun, relatable, and real.

Our Process
We listened to the community, reacting in real-time to what fans wanted. From answering burning questions to giving behind-the-scenes peeks, we made flying feel close and transparent.
The Results
KLM quickly became one of TikTok’s fastest-growing airlines. We grew from zero to over 300K followers in under a year and reached 100 million views, and 3.5 million interactions, with a 2.7% engagement rate — building an active KLM community worldwide.
